British General Election: Labor Party in power after 14 years, Rishi Sonic admits defeat

 

According to the results of the general election in Great Britain, the Labor Party has won, after which Sir Keir Stammer will be the next Prime Minister of the country.      

On the other hand, British Prime Minister Rishi Sonic has accepted the defeat in the general election.

Talking to reporters, he said, "The Labor Party has won this general election and I have called Sir Care Stamen and congratulated them."

"I accept esponsibility for this defeat."

o far, the results of more than 500 seats have been announced, according to which the Labor Party has a lead of 166 seats over other parties.

According to Exit Polls, the Conservative Party is expected to get only 136 seats and this is historically the worst defeat in his general election.

Scottish National Party leader Stephen Flynn commented on the results of the election, saying his party had taken a 'stamper tsunami.'

He added that his colleagues 'are losing their seats across Scotland.'

However, Stephen Flynn has managed to win his seat with 15,213 votes. Their opposition candidate got 11,455 votes.

Earlier, the BBC had predicted that the Labor Party would lead more than 160 seats over other parties.

The BBC predicted that the Conservative Party could get 154 seats in the general election.

It should be noted that these exit pools were based on data from voters from about 130 polling stations in England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland was not included in the pool.

It should be remembered that during the last five general elections, the exit polls were widely valid.

On the other hand, the Liberal Democrats were likely to be ranked third with 56 members. The number of MPs of the Scottish National Party was likely to be reduced to 10, while the Reform UK party was predicted to get 13 seats.

The Conservative Party also faced stiff competition by the Liberal Democrats and the 'Reform UK' party.

Former Attorney General Sir Robert Bakland told the BBC that the recent elections have proved to be 'resurrection' for his party.

He described the Labor Party's possible victory as a "vote for change".

According to the results of the recent election, Robert Bakland was the first MP of the Conservative Party to lose its seat.

He expressed his anger over the lack of 'non -professional behavior' and 'discipline' during the election campaign to other party colleagues, including former Home Secretary Swelle Breurman.
