Cup: America defeated by 10 wickets, England enters the semi-finals
In the ninth match of the Super Eight stage of
the T20 World Cup, England qualified for the semi-finals by defeating America
by 10 wickets.
England
captain Jos Buttler won the toss and invited American captain Aaron Jones to
bat first in the ninth match of the Super Eight stage at the Kensington Oval
Stadium in Bridgetown, Barbados.

innings
England
achieved the target of 116 runs given by the USA in the 10th over without any
loss.
Jos Buttler
remained unbeaten on 83 runs from 38 balls while Phil Salt played an unbeaten
innings of 25 runs from 21 balls for England, England became the first team
from Group 2 to reach the semi-finals.
America's
innings
Batting
first, the entire American team returned to the pavilion after scoring 115 runs
in the 19th over.
Steven
Taylor and Andres Goss started the innings on behalf of America, but this
partnership could not last long and Steven Taylor and Andres Goss got out after
scoring 12 runs.
Among the
